LOUISVILLE, KY : 1 person dead, 2 critically injured after crash in St. Joseph neighborhood on Sunday, 26h May 2024

Louisville Metro Police (LMPD) are investigating after a fatal crash in the St. Joseph neighborhood Sunday evening.

LMPD's Fourth Division responded to a serious crash on Preston Highway, near the split at Eastern Parkway, around 5:30 p.m.

A preliminary investigation found a small sedan was travelling north on Preston Highway in the southbound lanes. When the sedan reached the intersection of Preston Highway and Eastern Parkway, police said it "t-boned" a pick-up truck.
