St. Louis police have identified a man who died after he crashed his all-terrain vehicle into a patrol SUV. Police say 46-year-old Leo Blackmon Jr. of Country Club Hills was taken to an area hospital and pronounced dead on Saturday night. They say two officers were on duty but the vehicle didn't have its lights or sirens activated. The officers were taken to a hospital with minor injuries. Their identities haven't been released. Police say Blackmon was one of four men riding ATVs in the street before the crash.
