ATLANTA, GA : 3 ejected from vehicles in crash on I-285 in DeKalb County on Wednesday, 18th October 2023

A major crash on Interstate 285 had all eastbound lanes blocked just as the evening rush hour began on Wednesday.

It happened just east of Buford Highway around 4:15 p.m. There was at least one vehicle on its side. Police said two tractor-trailers, a car and a truck were involved.

Three people were ejected from their vehicles and were transported to area hospitals with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries, DeKalb police said.
