Kissimmee, FL : Fatal hit-and-run crash on Siesta Lago Drive and US 192 in Kissimmee Wednesday night on August 27, 2014

Investigators are on the scene of a fatal hit-and-run crash on Siesta Lago Drive and US 192 in Kissimmee Wednesday night. The eastbound lanes of US 192 are closed as Florida Highway Patrol troopers investigate. At one point, a Sheriff’s Office helicopter was in the air looking for the vehicle involved. Residents said the area is dangerous for pedestrians and people are constantly crossing the street to a nearby store. Officials have not released any information about the victim.
