Monessen, PA : Victims of deadly head-on crash in Armstrong County identified on Friday, December, 15th 2017

An Armstrong County man crossed the center line of Route 85 in his truck and struck a Ford City man's car head-on, killing both drivers in a crash Friday evening in Rural Valley, state police said.

Police said T. Lowell Dean, 86, of Dayton was in a Chevy Silverado traveling between Water Street and Line Street at about 4:30 p.m. when he crossed the center line and struck the Ford Fusion driven by Jacob Adam Iseman, 32. Both men were declared dead at the scene.
