Arcadia, WI : 2-vehicle crash kills one on Highway 93 in the town of Arcadia on Monday, 1st October 2018
One person is dead following a two-vehicle crash Monday on Highway 93 in the town of Arcadia, according to a news release from the Trempealeau County sheriff’s office.
The sheriff’s office responded to a two-vehicle crash at 3:14 p.m. Monday on Highway 93, just north of Highway A. A red vehicle had been traveling northbound on Highway 93 when it crossed the centerline and was struck by a white vehicle traveling south.
The driver of the red vehicle died at the scene, and the driver of the white vehicle was transported to Gundersen Tri-County Hospital in Whitehall with non-life-threatening injuries.
The accident is still under investigation with assistance from the Wisconsin State Patrol’s crash reconstruction team. Weather is believed to be a factor. Names have not been released.
