BOONE COUNTY, WV : Boone County crash results in DUI arrest, death of driver's teenage sister on Sunday, 31st December 2023

State Police said a single-vehicle crash in Boone County resulted in the arrest of a driver and the death of her teenage sister Sunday.
Brandy May Adkins, 23, of Harts, has been charged with DUI causing death, according to a news release from West Virginia State Police.
The news release said troopers responded to a crash in the Cameo Road area to find a 17-year-old passenger had died in the wreck.
