Gurnee, IL : 5 taken to the hospital after crash near Gurnee on Sunday, 25th August 2019

Five people were taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle crash Monday near Gurnee, officials said.

Authorities responded to Route 132 and Kilbourne Avenue shortly after 4 p.m. after the crash, according to Batallion Chief James Pellitteri of the Gurnee Fire Department.Three children and two adults were taken with minor injuries to Vista Medical Center in Waukegan. Authorities are investigating the crash.
