FAIRFIELD, CA : Multiple car crash early Labor Day kills Suisun teen at Interstate 80 at East Midway Road on Tuesday, 8th September, 2020

A multiple-car crash early Labor Day resulted in the death of one person and several other injuries.Nicholas Nguyen, 16, of Suisun City, was killed after the vehicle he was in was struck.

California Highway Patrol spokesman Officer David Harvey said the crash happened at 2:35 a.m. along westbound Interstate 80 at East Midway Road. A blue Audi and white BMW first collided. The owners got out of their vehicles and had exchanged information when a third vehicle, a Toyota Camry, hit the BMW. The third car was then struck by a Honda Civic. The subsequent crash left several people injured.
