Fort Myers, FL : Motorcyclist died in a fatal motorcycle crash that happened on Fowler Street and North Airport Road on early Saturday morning August 9th 2014

Fort Myers Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that happened on Fowler Street and North Airport Road early Saturday morning. According to a release, officers responded to the intersection at around 1:58 a.m. in reference to a single-vehicle crash. When officers arrived to the scene, they shut down both directions of Fowler Street from Colonial Boulevard to Cleveland Avenue. The roadway has since been reopened. The motorcyclist died as a result of the injuries sustained in the crash. He was identified as Louis Val DiValentin, 32, of Fort Myers. Source : FMPD investigating fatal motorcycle crash on Fowler St.
