Kennewick, WA : Eltopia woman is was cited causing a wreck in Kennewick on Sunday, October, 29th 2017

An Eltopia woman is was cited Sunday after causing a wreck in Kennewick that injured another driver.

The Washington State Patrol said Stephanie Rivera-Sanchez, 19, was attempting to turn northbound onto Highway 397 from 10th Avenue when she struck a southbound Toyota Prius in the driver’s door.

The driver, Donald Norris, 77, of Kennewick, was treated and released at Trios Medical Center.

State troopers cited Rivera-Sanchez with failure to yield the right-of-way.
