Lancaster, N.H : One person dies in a fatal car accident on Route 3 in Lancaster on Monday afternoon, February 2, 2015

Police say one person has died in a car crash on Route 3 in Lancaster, New Hampshire.

The accident happened at about 1 p.m. Monday on Route 3, also known as Prospect Street. It was snowing at the time, but it wasn't known if that contributed to the crash.

The person's identity has not been released.
