Boise, ID: 70-year-old woman Died in three-car crash on Thursday night

Boise Police says Ersan Lukovac, 22, has been booked on felony vehicular manslaughter. Officers say Lukovac was spotted by witnesses tailgating, driving too fast and making an illegal turn in the State Street and Ellens Ferry intersection. BPD says Lukovac was driving his vehicle the wrong way when he collided with a Hyundai Sonata, driven by 70-year-old Susan Wymer.
