Four people were injured, one critically, in a crash on 48th Street in Phoenix Sunday morning.According to Phoenix Fire Department, a truck and sports car were involved in the crash near Vineyard Street.Witnesses tell police a man was speeding and driving erratically in a Porsche when he lost control of the car after hitting a curb. The car rolled into the opposite lanes of traffic and hit a pickup truck before coming to rest on the side of the road.The pickup truck also rolled and landed on its roof.Images from the scene show the engine from the Porsche lying in the roadway after the force of the crash.Fire officials say three occupants in the truck were wearing seatbelts. An adult and 14-year-old were taken to the hospital with minor injuries and the driver stayed on scene.The driver of the Porsche, a man in his thirties, was extricated from the car and rushed to a trauma center in critical condition.Phoenix Police closed 48th Stree between Baseline and Vineyard earlier Sunday, but the road re-opened hours later.No further details have been released.
