Pickens,SC : Woman killed in Pickens County wreck on June, Wednesday 28th 2017

Troopers said a 67-year-old woman was killed in a rollover crash on Hidden Valley Road in Pickens County Wednesday night.

The crash occurred just before 9 p.m. near the Midway Road intersection.

Troopers said a vehicle ran off the right side of the road, hit a ditch and overturned.

The woman killed was a passenger in the vehicle. Troopers said she died at the scene. The coroner has not yet released her name.

The 65-year-old driver was taken to the hospital with injuries.

Troopers said charges are pending.
