Man dies in Tallokas Road accident in Georgia

Officials with the Georgia State Patrol have identified the man killed in a Wednesday accident as 40-year-old Paul Partin, who has been reported missing since 3:50 PM on September 17th.It wasn't until September 18th at 7:30 PM that someone noticed a bent guard rail where the vehicle had fallen in to the creek.At this time, authorities believe Partin lost control of his vehicle due to a medical condition involving a lack of insulin.Partin's 2004 Chevy Silverado hit the guard rail, spun around, rolled down, and trapped him in the submerged vehicle.At this time, GSP does not believe any foul play to be involved and the investigation is still active.
