Auburn,WA : 1 dead after crash on SR 167 in Auburn on September, Friday 8th 2017

A female driver was killed Friday afternoon after a crash on northbound state Route 167 just south of eastbound state Route 18 in Auburn, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The car reportedly drove off the road then crashed. It is unclear why the driver drove off the road.
The female was reportedly not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to State Patrol.
A male passenger is reportedly conscious and alert.
State Patrol is investigating if drugs and/or alcohol were involved. Troopers do not believe the crash was caused by the driver's death.
All lanes of state Route 167 were opened just before 5:30 p.m.
