Stanford, KY : Four people injured in three-vehicle crash in Lincoln County on Tuesday night, May 5, 2015

Alcohol appears to have been a factor in a three-vehicle crash Tuesday night that injured four people in Lincoln County, Kentucky State Police said.

The investigation indicates that a 2007 Pontiac driven by Lee McGinnis, 21, of Harrodsburg was traveling east on Ky. 150 when it crossed the center line and hit two other vehicles, state police said in a news release Wednesday.

Those vehicles were a 1995 Nissan pickup truck driven by Roy Browning, 58, of Lancaster, and a 2008 Chevrolet passenger car driven by Nancy Vanhook, 37, of Stanford.

McGinnis and Vanhook were flown to University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital in Lexington with serious injuries. McGinnis was listed in fair condition Wednesday afternoon, a hospital spokeswoman said.

Browning and his passenger, Ashley Gordon, 21, of Lancaster, were taken to Fort Logan Hospital in Stanford with minor injuries, state police said.

The crash was reported at 10:15 p.m. on Ky. 150 just east of Stanford.

Trooper Jeff Stith is investigating the crash.
