Schenectady, NY : Malta man, 70, killed, 2 boys hurt in car crash near his home Monday morning, August 8, 2016

A 70-year-old Van Aernum Road man died after his car went off the road near his home Monday morning, the Saratoga County Sheriff's Department said.

Edward K. Lansing, 70, of 207 Van Aernum Road, was pronounced dead at the scene of the 11:25 a.m. crash, deputies said. Two children who were riding in his car suffered minor injuries, they said.
