MOODY, TX : Traffic delays on SH 317 after accidents near Moody on Saturday, November, 18th 2017

Traffic was backed up Saturday afternoon on State Highway 317 near Moody after a three-vehicle accident sent one person to the hospital.

Motorists on the road complained to law enforcement traffic about the delay, according to police scanner dispatches.

The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the incident and plans to have SH 317 reopened in about an hour.

Police later responded to a second accident on Highway 317.
