CLAREMORE, OK : Motorcyclist dead after crash in Claremore on Sunday, 19th February 2023

A motorcyclist is dead after a crash in Claremore, according to the Claremore Police Department (CPD).

CPD said a motorcycle and another vehicle collided near Will Rogers Blvd. and Davis Ave.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene and the driver of the other vehicle was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries, CPD said.

CPD said the Will Rogers Blvd. was closed after accident, but is now open.

They also said that their “thoughts and prayers are with the deceased motorcycle rider and the other driver” and that “these incidents remind us while driving that it only takes a second to cause a tragedy.”


CPD is still investigating the cause of the crash.
