Victoria, TX : 2-car collision leads to rollover on Sunday, December, 3rd 2017

A wreck occurred in the 7500 block of North Navarro Street and U.S. 77 frontage road. A Nissan Altima was struck by a Jeep Wrangler after the Jeep, which was northbound on Navarro Street, ran through a left-turn red light, striking the Nissan, which was traveling south on Navarro Street, said Victoria police officer Matthew Hayles. The Jeep struck the Nissan with enough speed to cause the Jeep to roll. The driver of the Nissan, Lauren King, was transported to a hospital as a precaution because she is pregnant. No other injuries were reported. The juvenile driver of the Jeep, whose name was not released because of his age, was issued multiple citations, including failure to yield at a red light.
