HAMPTON, VA : 1 injured in I-64 crash near HRBT in Hampton on Sunday, 26h May 2024

A crash on Interstate 64 in Hampton near the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel (HRBT) stalled traffic in both directions Sunday.

Virginia State Police (VSP) said the two-vehicle collision happened in the westbound lanes near mile marker 237 at around 11:41 a.m. As of 1:26 p.m., VDOT reports traffic was backed up for 1.5 miles.
