Odessa, TX : Cesar F. Ortega-Morales, 47, killed in rollover crash in Pecos County on Monday, March 6, 2017

An Odessa man was killed Monday in Pecos County when the full-size truck he drove reportedly flipped over on southbound FM 1776.
Cesar F. Ortega-Morales, 47, was pronounced dead at the scene of the single-vehicle crash that was reported at 7 a.m. Monday, nine miles south of Coyanosa, the Texas Department of Public Safety reported.
Ortega-Morales, who reportedly was not wearing a seat belt, was heading south in a 2008 Ford-F250 pickup on FM 1776 when his vehicle left the roadway and rolled over, the DPS reported.
