Monroe,LA : Man dies after SUV runs into truck on DeSiard Street on December, Friday 15th 2017

An Ouachita Parish man is dead after his SUV collided with a Shaw Oxygen truck on DeSiard Street.

Monroe Police Department Executive Officer Reggie Brown said the wreck occurred around 7 a.m. Friday morning.

The silver SUV was traveling eastbound at a high-rate of speed when the accident happened.

A Shaw Oxygen truck was backing into the business with its backup lights when the SUV failed to stop.
