Bridgeport, CT : Local attorney dies after Bridgeport crash at the intersection of Fairfield Avenue and Ellsworth Street on Thursday, 2nd January, 2020

The driver of the green Honda CRV died Thursday morning at Bridgeport Hospital from the injuries he sustained in the crash Wednesday at the intersection of Fairfield Avenue and Ellsworth Street.
The man was identified as 50-year-old Peter Tsimbidaros, of Bridgeport, according to Scott Appleby, director of emergency management and homeland security for the city.
Tsimbidaros was a well-known local attorney.
“The Bridgeport Police Department offers its sincerest condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Tsimbidaros,” Appleby said.
