Las Vegas, NV : CCSD officer uninjured in crash with impaired driver in the central valley on Saturday afternoon, July 30, 2016

A Clark County School District patrol car was struck by an impaired driver Saturday afternoon in the central valley, according to Metro Police. Nobody was injured.

The CCSD officer was hit by a vehicle about 5 p.m. in the area of North Jones Boulevard and Vegas Drive, Lt. Jeff Goodwin said.

The driver of the vehicle was taken into custody, Goodwin said.
