Weatherford, TX : Two Kids Injured When School Bus Crashes Into Ditch Monday morning, May 9, 2016

Authorities say at least two children had minor injuries after a school bus crashed into a ditch in Weatherford.

Department of Public Safety spokesman Lonny Haschel tells KXAS television station that the back tires of the Weatherford Independent School District bus dropped off the roadway Monday, causing the bus to go into a ditch.

Authorities said two of the 24 kids on board the bus were transported to a hospital with minor injuries.

Weatherford is located about 30 miles west of Fort Worth.
