Hatfield,IN : Man killed in Warrick County motorcycle crash on may, Monday 29th 2017

A Hatfield, Indiana man died after the motorcycle he was riding collided with another car in Warrick County on Monday evening.

The Warrick County Coroner's Office identified the man as Joshua C. Simmons, 40. According to a news release, investigators believe that Simmons crossed the center line while on South Rockport Road and struck an oncoming vehicle. The crash happened just after 6:30 p.m.

Simmons was pronounced dead at the scene, according to coroner Sarah Seaton. The crash is being investigated by both the Indiana State Police and the county sheriff's office. Seaton's news release did not include information about the other vehicle involved or if there were any other injuries from the crash.
