DAVENPORT, IA : 1 person killed in fatal crash in Scott County on Sunday, 3rd March 2024

One person is dead following an early-morning crash in Scott County.

According to a report from Iowa State Patrol (ISP), 20-year-old Javier Villarreal was attempting to elude officers while heading northbound in a 2011 Nissan Maxima near the intersection of North Brady Street and East 53rd St. shortly after 12:40 a.m. on Sunday, March 3.
