Fairfield, CA : 18-year-old San Pablo woman dies in suspected DUI crash on I-80 in Solano County on Saturday evening, March 26, 2016

An 18-year-old San Pablo woman is dead after a crash Saturday evening on eastbound Interstate Highway 80 in Solano County, California Highway Patrol officials said Sunday.
The first report of the crash came in at 7:50 p.m. on I-80 at the Cordelia Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility.
Officers who responded found the entire freeway shut down because victims were in the road and the crash scene was extensive, CHP officials said.
An investigation alleges that 46-year-old Suisun City man Marc Crawley was intoxicated while driving a 1968 Ford Mustang east on I-80 approaching the vehicle enforcement facility.
Allegedly, Crawley lost control his car and crashed into a 1996 Ford Mustang that was on the freeway's right shoulder, according to CHP officials. The crash pushed the 1996 Ford into two people who were standing in front of it. The car was disabled, CHP officials said.
Crawley's Ford continued out of control crossing all traffic lanes until it crashed into a center median and came to rest in the freeway.
All three people were taken to NorthBay Medical Center in Fairfield initially with major injuries, according to CHP officials.
The 18-year-old woman was then flown to the University of California at Davis Medical Center where she died from her injuries.
Crawley was arrested on suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and felony driving under the influence, CHP officials said.
