Orlando, FL : One Woman killed in car crash Orlando on Wednesday December 9 2015

A woman was struck and killed by a car in Orlando, according to the Orlando Police Department.It happened on Pershing Avenue and Commander Drive just after 6 p.m. Wednesday evening.
The victim's husband said the woman lost her cell phone and was crossing the street to find it, according to the driver who hit her.
A car on the scene had a dent in the hood and a cracked windshield, according to witnesses.
Police have not identified the victim or the person driving the car.
Orlando police are investigating.
