BRYAN, TX : Bryan man killed in Robertson Co crash on Sunday, 9th June 2024

The Texas Department of Public Safety says a Bryan man was killed in a Robertson County crash Sunday on Highway 6 near Old Bryan Highway.

Michael Henderson, 64, was killed when he was struck by a vehicle after making a U-turn. DPS says the investigation shows Henderson made the U-turn and attempted to travel northbound on Hwy 6 when he was hit by a Toyota Camry traveling north. Henderson was ejected from his vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Four people in the Camry were all taken to a local hospital with what DPS called “suspected serious injuries.”

Originally, authorities reported four vehicles were involved, DPS clarified only two cars were involved.

DPS says the investigation is ongoing.
