Melba, ID : Third man has died from a rollover crash on Wednesday September 9 2015
Police say a third man has died from a rollover crash earlier in the week near Melba.
Idaho State Police says 18-year-old Jose Torres-Rodriguez died at St. Alphonsus in Boise on Wednesday.
The crash occurred when ISP says 23-year-old Oscar Torres drifted his vehicle off the right shoulder heading southbound to Murphy when he overcorrected and rolled the vehicle. The car rested near milepost 13.
Three passengers were in the car: Aaron Torres-Cruz, 33; Jose Torres-Rodriguez, 18; and Jesus Duran, 22.
Torres died on scene while Torres-Rodriguez later died in the hospital.
Officials say Torres-Rodriguez was taken by air ambulance and Torres-Cruz was taken by ground, to St. Alphonsus in Boise.
Duran was the only person who was wearing a seatbelt and walked away with minor, non life-threatening injuries.
