Birmingham, AL : No injuries in Interstate 20/59 crash on Monday morning, April 11, 2016

Alabama State Troopers say that a truck driver was unharmed because he was wearing a seat belt when his 18-wheeler overturned on the interstate.

The wreck happened just after 8 a.m. in the northbound lanes of Interstate 20/59 near the 78 mile marker, said Alabama State Troopers spokesman Trooper Reginal King.

The road was not blocked, he said, but wrecker crews took around three hours to clear the debris.
