LA GRANGE, KY : 75-year-old La Grange woman killed in hit-and-run on Tuesday, 12th November 2024

Oldham County Police are investigating after a 75-year-old woman died after being hit by a car.

On Nov. 11, police said reports were made of an unresponsive woman lying in the grass on US 42 between KY 53 and Smith Lane.

The woman, Magaret E. Preble of La Grange, had died before police arrived at the scene. US 42 was closed for six hours while officers performed their on-scene investigation. Police said they have not determined the exact details of the crash yet.
