Waterbury,CT : Tractor-trailer crash on I-691 causes fuel spill on January, Wednesday 17th 2018

A tractor-trailer struck a fence on Interstate 691 eastbound between Exits 4 and 5, according to the state Department of Transportation.

The right lane was closed until about 9:15 a.m.. The crash was reported at at 5:29 a.m.

There were no injuries. The state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection responded to clean up a fuel spill.
