Buffalo,NY : Rollover crash leads to DWI charge for Cherry Creek woman on November, Saturday 11th 2017

Sheriff's deputies called to a rollover crash in the Town of Ellington Saturday afternoon found the driver was unharmed, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office.

The rollover crash on Waterboro Hill Road occurred about 2:30 p.m., according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office.

Christina L. Rolls, 47, of Cherry Creek, was arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, after deputies determined she allegedly had a .18 BAC or higher, the Sheriff's Office said.

Rolls also faces a vehicle and traffic law violation, for moving from a lane unsafely, according to the Sheriff's Office.

Rolls was processed, released and directed to appear in Ellington Town Court, the Sheriff's Office said.
