COLUMBIA, SC : 1 dead following crash in Richland County on Sunday, 15th September 2024

One person is dead following a crash in Richland County.

The crash happened at 4:05 p.m. on Sunday on Garners Ferry Road.

According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol (SCHP), the crash happened between a 2012 Honda sedan and a 2016 Toyota SUV.

Troopers said the driver of the Toyota SUV was heading east on Garners Ferry Road when they struck the Honda sedan. The Honda sedan, which was heading north, was struck while attempting to turn left.
