HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, OH : Hamilton Township man killed in lawn mower accident on Thursday, 20th June 2019

A man died after he became pinned under a commercial grade lawn mower at his home in Warren County, according to the Hamilton Township Police Department.

First responders found Thomas McAlpin, 71, pinned under his lawn mower at about 9:45 p.m. Thursday at his home on E. Hatt-Swank Road.

Investigators believe the lawnmower rolled and landed on top of McAlpin as he was mowing the back side of his property.

The Warren County Coroner’s Office is investigating.
