Police have released the identity of a driver killed in a crash Friday night in Sanbornton.
Police said Benjamen Page, 21, of Belmont, crashed on New Hampton Road, which is also known as Route 127, around 10:40 p.m. Friday.
Page was ejected from the car after the crash and was later pronounced dead at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, police said.
Police said it appears that speed was the primary cause of the crash. Page was not wearing a seatbelt.
The road was shut down around the accident for several hours.
