PEARLAND, TX : Woman killed and 2 children hurt in violent crash in Pearland on Harkey and Bailey Road on Thursday, 27th June 2019

A woman died and two children were hurt in a violent crash in Pearland.

It happened Thursday around 8 p.m. on Harkey and Bailey Road.

Police said the woman and two children were in the car that collided with a white truck.

Video shows the truck with damage to the front and the car with damage to the sides.

The woman died and the kids had to be taken to the hospital. Their conditions are unknown.

The truck driver was also taken to the hospital with injuries and is expected to survive.

Police are investigating what caused the crash.
