TULSA, OK : Man leaves woman unresponsive in car after a crash on April, sunday 23th 2017

A man is in jail after he crashed into a ditch and left an unresponsive passenger inside of the car.
Officers responded to an injury crash near Martin Luther King Boulevard and East 28th Street North.
When officers arrived, they found a yellow Mustang in the ditch and an unresponsive woman inside.
According to police, a witness stated the Mustang was heading west on East 28th Street North and ran the stop sign at Martin Luther King Boulevard.
While making a left turn at the intersection, the driver lost control and hit a curb and ended up in a ditch.
The witnesses stated that the driver, who later identified as Jonathan Sharp, 31, got out of the car and told the witnesses to not call police or EMSA.
Sharp limped down the street to a residence on East 27th Court North.
The woman was taken to a local hospital for serious injuries but she is expected to live.
Sharp was located and taken into police custody.
He was transported to a local hospital for medical clearance and then booked into Tulsa County Jail.
Sharp is facing multiple charges including driving under influences.
