Lacey Township, NJ : Woman dies in head-on crash in Lacey Township on Route 539 Thursday on September 18, 2014

Authorities say an Ocean County woman died in a head-on collision on a road in Lacey Township. The crash occurred on Route 539 just before 6 a.m. Thursday. Officials say 27-year-old Kenneth Busardo was driving north when his car drifted into the southbound lanes and crashed into a car driven by 54-year-old Suzanne Kessler of Manchester Township. Kessler was pronounced dead at the scene. Busardo sustained minor injuries and refused treatment. No charges have been filed pending results of blood samples taken from Busardo.
