I-74 crash victim identified near Urbana Illinois

Authorities have released the names of people killed in a car crash Wednesday on I-74 in Shelby County.The collision killed 18-year-old Kaley Keihn from Greensburg and 44-year-old Mark Hubbard. Witnesses say Keihn went off the road, over-corrected and crossed the median, hitting Hubbard's car head-on.
