WINNEBAGO COUNTY, WI : 3 dead, 1 injured in 2 Winnebago County crashes on Friday, 13th November, 2020

Three people were killed and one was injured in two crashes Friday night and early Saturday, Winnebago County sheriff’s police said.

Two pedestrians suffered fatal injuries Friday night when they were struck by a car in the 11600 block of Illinois Route 251.

Paramedics from the Harlem/Roscoe Fire Department pronounced both pedestrians — described as a 53-year-old man and a 52-year-old woman — dead at the scene.

Their names won’t be released until their relatives are notified.

Autopsies on both individuals will be conducted on Monday, Winnebago County Coroner Bill Hintz said.
