JOHNSON COUNTY, IL : 1 seriously injured in semi crash on I-57 in Johnson County, Ill. on Tuesday, 18th June 2019

One person was seriously injured after a single-vehicle crash on I-57 in Johnson County, Ill. on June 18.
According to ISP, Aychluhum Gugsa Kassa, 23, of Garland, Texas was traveling northbound on I-57 when his semi left the roadway and ran into a wooded area.
Kassa was flown to a regional hospital for treatment.
The right lane of I-57 was closed crews cleaned the scene and has since reopened.
