North College Hill, OH : Police officer and civilian killed in NCH double-fatality crash have been identified on Friday, 31st March 2023

A Springfield Township police officer and a civilian were killed in an early morning crash in North College Hill. The officer was identified as Tim Unwin.

William Dunson, 50, of North College Hill, was the other driver killed in the crash, according to the Hamilton County Coroner's Office.

Springfield Township Police Chief Rick Bley said the collision occurred as multiple police jurisdictions responded to an "officer needs assistance call." Unwin was part of that response.
