Tallahassee,FL : Estates driver in crash that killed James Riner had high alcohol level on June, Wednesday 14th 2017

When Rene Miles got behind the wheel one December evening in 2015 and drove down Golden Gate Boulevard, his blood alcohol level was more than double the legal limit, a medical expert for the prosecution testified Wednesday in the DUI manslaughter trial of the 42-year-old Golden Gate Estates man.

Prosecutors said Miles was driving drunk when he rear-ended an SUV that then careened across the median and slammed into a minivan.
