Carlisle, PA : A driver is dead and a passenger is injured after a crash on Sunday, July 2, 2017

West Shore Regional Police say a driver is dead and a passenger is injured after a crash in the Lemoyne bottleneck.

Police said the crash occurred at about 1:55 a.m. Sunday in the first block of Market Street.

Police did not release the names of those who were involved, but noted it was a one-vehicle crash and the driver was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger was transported to a local hospital with moderate injuries.
